I am a Specialist Chartered Physiotherapist (CSP, HCPC, POGP (Affiliated member)) working specifically in the area of Women's and Men's Pelvic Health for the last two decades and have experience in both the NHS and private sectors.

I qualified as a Certified Pilates Instructor with the APPI, further enhancing the treatment skills I can offer my patients, due to the overlap of both of these professions..

I also have a Diploma in Women’s Health with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, placing me in an even stronger position to enable my patients gain more control of their pelvic health health concerns.

Over the years I have completed courses in both Men's and Women's Pelvic health in relation to bladder, bowel and pelvic floor dysfunction. 

I am trained in Rehabilitative Ultrasound (POCUS), which is a non-invasive tool to visualise muscles and in turn aid rehabilitation.
